Protect & prevent your airless sprayer from freezing

Keep your airless spray machines from freezing, as winter is approaching and  temperatures are dropping, make sure you don’t make the same mistake Ian did.

In this video Stefan from Airless Discounter along side Ian Crump from Paint Tech, will be talking about the reasons and products to prevent damaging your airless sprayer throughout those winter months.

When it comes to storing your airless spray machine for the winter months an ideal place would be indoors, but if this is not an option then when storing in your vehicle over night when temperatures drop below 0°c (more severe in other countries) can cause serious damage to the pump, which will cost you time and money in the long run.

As Ian mentions in the video he lost a whole days spraying because the water in his airless sprayer didn’t have the antifreeze protection and had frozen his hose solid.

Following the guidelines to protect your airless sprayer can make sure you won’t waste money on unwanted repairs or loss of earnings.

Maintenance kits and antifreeze liquid products can be found at the Airless Discounter shop. We recommend you buy the right make or brand for your machine. Here are a couple of quick links:
